Do I have Anxiety?

Anxiety can occur anywhere especially when major stress is at play. Just answer Yes or No to find out:
Over the past month, have you experienced the following more than usual?
- Feeling nervous, anxious, or on edge
- Not being able to stop or control worrying
- Worrying too much about different things
- Trouble relaxing
- Being so restless that it’s hard to sit still
- Becoming easily annoyed or irritable
- Feeling afraid as if something awful might happen
Now, assign yourself 2 points for every Yes answer and zero points for a no answer. If you score 8 points or more, you may have a generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). If you find yourself experiencing unmanageable anxiety, please reach out and get help. You do not need to continue to suffer. There are resources out there and people who want to help. I encourage you to advocate for your health and protect your heart.
