If your order has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund. If it has been 30 days or less since you've placed your order, you are eligible for a full refund less $35 USD per home test to cover shipping, handling, and processing fees. Please include your home test Barcode ID when you contact us along with the reason why you would like a refund.
Yes, you can return unopened and unused supplements within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs.
Your blood sample is processed in our CAP-accredited laboratory. The lab panel used in our home test has been thoroughly validated in a cardiology practice and has been validated with the IRB board. All federal and state regulations regarding laboratory testing are followed. Our results have shown to be just as accurate as a lab test you would receive at a doctor’s office, lab or clinic.
Absolutely. Dr. Bereliani has personally written all of the recommendations. The recommendations you will receive are no different than what you would hear if you saw him at his practice.

Yes, we encourage you to share and discuss your results with your health care provider. Our home test provides personalized information and education; it is not intended to diagnose any disease or condition or to substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. You should always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions you have regarding your medical care.
In most cases, our home test is an eligible medical expense that can be reimbursed with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). We advise you to check with your own plan if you’d like to verify before making the purchase.
You may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance company. We suggest you contact your insurance provider directly to see if your home test will be covered. We do not bill insurance carriers, including Medicare. This is an at-home health test that doesn't require an office visit. BLOOD COLLECTION DEVICE
The device sticks to the skin with a light adhesive. When the button is pressed, a vacuum forms and a lancet pricks the surface of the skin. The vacuum draws blood out of the capillaries and into a sample pod attached to the bottom of the device.
Some people refer to the device as a needle-free system since it does not use a hollow venipuncture needle to enter a vein.
