Heart Health Home Test Instruction | Blood Sample Collection
*B100 Check-in: Please no eating or drinking for 8 hours prior to start, water is ok. For specimen integrity and accurate test results, please be sure to collect your blood sample on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and get your sample to the closest FedEx location within 6 hours of collection. 24 hours after collection your blood sample will hemolyze and is unable to test. If the lab is unable to process your sample, the cost for a replacement device is $50. You will also, want to confirm where your nearest FedEx office is located and what time they close. If you are unable to take the prepaid envelope today please wait until you have time. If you are ready to get started please follow the steps below:
1. Open the B100 mobile application. | ![]() |
2. Under the “Home Test” tab, select “Labs”. | ![]() |
3. Remove the provided blood collection device located on the right side of the home test insert. | ![]() |
4. Remove the “Blood Sample Instructions, Tube Label & Informed Consent” form provided to you in your home test and follow the instructions precisely. |

5. Mark complete in your mobile app. | ![]() |
