The Choices home test will take you approximately 30 minutes to complete. There is no need to complete all of the steps at one time. Prior to the start of each step, please ensure you are able to meet the conditions listed below.

WAIST & HIP MEASUREMENTS

Contents in your stomach could increase your waist measurement and certain foods will cause bloating and inflation. For an accurate body measurement, we recommend nothing to eat or drinking for 8 hours prior to taking your measurements. Not even water.

BLOOD SAMPLE COLLECTION

Blood sample should be collected on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Before starting please make sure that you will have time to take your sample to FedEx within 6 hours of collection. Please nothing to eat or drink for 8 hours prior to starting, water is ok.

BLOOD PRESSURE

Your blood pressure will change based on your mood. We suggest you take your reading at a time you are most relaxed. We do require one reading. If you are able, consider providing three additional blood pressure readings taken 48 hours apart.  By having four blood pressure readings we will be able to determine a more accurate blood pressure based on your average reading results. You may upload readings as you get them.

NITRIC OXIDE

Begin first thing in the morning prior to eating, drinking, or brushing your teeth. Consumption of any antibiotics or mouthwash within the last 24 hours will provide inaccurate results. You will need a small cup or spoon.
