Our Science Is State Of The Art.
That’s How We Know The State Of Your Heart.

B100’s Risk Prediction System Depends on Data from Two Sources: Your Quiz Answers and Home Test Results.
The questions we ask in the B100 App are based on clinical evidence of association with cardiovascular disease. They are designed to elicit information about medical, family, social, and occupational history, and other similar topics. For example, a question asking if you live in an area with air pollution, or a question asking if you experience depression are both questions which relate to increased cardiac risk.
Once you have answered these questions, we get a preliminary idea of risk, but that is not dispositive or meaningful. Further data must be acquired. That is obtained by taking our Heart Health Home Test. Only then can we calculate an accurate risk.
B100 Is Evidence-Based And Is Supported By A Cardiologist’s Medical Opinion
The first step of the B100 method is our online heart health assessment. Using our app (but also available on desktop), we ask you a series of questions about your medical history (both personal and family). We also ask you demographic and psychographic questions. Some of these questions, which touch on issues such as mood, education, occupation, and relationships, may not seem obviously related to heart disease at first; however, each question is asked because there is an evidence-based correlation between such matters and cardiac risk.
The Three Elements Of The B100 Method
(1) Online Heart Health Assessment & The B100 App
The first step of the B100 method is our online heart health assessment. Using our app (but also available on desktop), we ask you a series of questions about your medical history (both personal and family). We also ask you demographic and psychographic questions. Some of these questions, which touch on issues such as mood, education, occupation, and relationships, may not seem obviously related to heart disease at first; however, each question is asked because there is an evidence-based correlation between such matters and cardiac risk.
(2) Comprehensive Suite of Tests Specifically Chosen Based on Clinical Evidence; Lab-Validated
B100 specifically selected all of the tests in the Home Test based on clinical evidence that they have independent predictive value for future cardiac events. Each test was validated for accuracy with the processing lab, and only CAP- and CLIA-certified labs are used to process blood samples. The patient collects the blood sample themselves, painlessly, at home and mails in the sample. Results are sent back through the B100 app, along with personalized recommendations to reduce risk.
(3) Medical Grade, Cardio-Centric Supplements, Custom-Tailored to Get to the Heart of YOUR Needs
Like everything else at B100, our supplement formulations are evidence-based. We believe supplements are not just some trendy fad, but actually serve as complementary medicine–a powerful adjunct to prescription drugs. Sometimes, they aren’t even an adjunct–they are the medicine. Niacin (Vitamin B3) and digitalis are perfect examples in cardiology going back hundreds of years. When you complete your home test, you will receive personalized recommendations, which may include products from our high-quality line of supplements to help you reduce your risk of heart disease. These supplements will be hand-picked based on your individual test results.
