Fast, easy, and affordable at-home testing
What is the B100 home heart health test?
The B100 at-home test provides you with everything you need to identify and stratify your heart disease risk from home in 6 easy steps so actions may be taken to optimize your quality of life.

STEP ONE
FREE ASSESSMENT
Let’s get to know you! Simply answer the carefully crafted questions pertaining to your lifestyle and family history. The questions are easy and will provide deep insights into your heart health.
Time to complete: 10 Minutes

STEP TWO
BLOOD SAMPLE
Getting a blood sample has never been so easy and painless! With our patented, FDA-approved blood collection device, just place the device on your arm, press the button and you're done in 5 minutes. Mail your sample back to our lab for processing in the provided prepaid envelope.
Blood samples measured include:
Lipoprotein(a), C-Reactive Protein, Cystatin-C, Hemoglobin A1C, Total Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, Non-HDL & LDL

STEP THREE
BODY FAT DISTRIBUTION
Using the provided tape measure you will be asked to record your waist and hip circumference to determine your body fat distribution. This is extremely important, as fat location can have a great impact on your metabolism, which can ultimately cause a domino effect for cardiac health issues in general.

STEP FOUR
BLOOD PRESSURE
To help identify hypertension you can provide us with up to 4 blood pressure readings, which ideally should be taken 48 hours apart.
Limited time: Free wrist blood pressure cuff with the purchase of your home test.

STEP FIVE
NITRIC OXIDE
Is your blood vessel lining, or endothelium, producing enough Nitric Oxide? With the provided non-invasive saliva test strip we will know your Nitric Oxide levels in seconds. The endothelium is exquisitely sensitive to the physical and chemical conditions inside our blood vessels. When the endothelium senses heart-healthy conditions, such as physical activity and low cholesterol, it releases more nitric oxide. And that’s a very good thing. Nitric oxide expands the blood vessels, increasing blood flow and decreasing plaque growth and blood clotting.

STEP 6
RESULTS
You will receive a notification when your results are complete and your LubDub grade has been recorded. You will also receive suggestions from Dr. B regarding your next steps to optimize your heart health!

What is a LubDub Grade?
By receiving a LubDub Grade of an A, this means you are doing awesome, and are at very low risk for developing heart disease. We recommend that you repeat annually to ensure you are staying on course.
By receiving a LubDub Grade of a B, this means you have some borderline risks, and are low risk for developing heart disease. However, you need to take precautions to ensure your risk stratification does not increase. We recommend that you repeat annually to ensure you are staying on course.
By receiving a LubDub Grade of a C, this means there are some concerning elements that place you at moderate risk for heart disease. We recommend that you make immediate lifestyle changes and repeat every 6 months.
By receiving a LubDub Grade of a D, this means you are at high risk for heart disease and should be under the care of a cardiologist. If you don’t have a cardiologist and need a recommendation, please email us at: support@b100method.com. We recommend that you repeat every 6 months.

ERIK & BIANCA WITTENBERG
"We always took our heart health for granted. Through B100 we learned that having a healthy heart is within our control. However, with my husband's work schedule, it is impossible for him to take time off work for a doctor's appointment. Thanks to B100 he was able to check his labs from home and we got great recommendations. We look forward to growing together to B100, a heart healthy 100!"
